Call the PCC EDI Helpdesk at 855-696-0705. Please follow the menu options to reach the EDI Helpdesk.
Pick a Chat
- eChat - Once in the eServices portal, from the bottom right corner select eServices Help
- Webchat – A popup notification asking if a provider would like to chat will appear in the bottom right corner during the hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. ET Monday through Friday
